Web prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs. In the event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, Official Hampers R US reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price.  The customer will be notified by email and given the choice to proceed with the order. All transactions are processed by WorldPay and credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Maestro.


Delivery outside the UK
We currently take orders on our website for UK and Europe only however all other countries can be placed by contacting us at and advising which gift(s) you are interested in and we will send you the shipping cost.

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process. If you need to amend any address details or contact name then please contact us immediately and we will try our best to get this done if it hasn’t already been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Please check the Delivery information section.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by an automated email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

What if the recipient is not home?

All deliveries require a signature, so where possible please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel.
If the recipient is not home the driver will leave a calling card and either:-

  • Leave the parcel with a neighbor.
  • Leave the parcel at the nearest local Post Office, where it can be collected during the next 14 days.
  • If either of the above options are not possible, the driver will attempt re-delivery the next working day.


Please ensure all address details (including house number and post code) are entered correctly.

Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will have to be charged for.

If the parcel is taken to a local post office but not collected by the addressee, then after 10 days it is returned to Official Hampers R US by the carrier who will charge Official Hampers R US a ‘return to sender’ fee, the same as the original delivery charge. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur re-delivery charges to resend the Goods. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the order at this point, Official Hampers R US can refund the full value of the Goods only, minus any delivery charges incurred to date. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and needs replacing (perishable items).

Deliveries to non residential properties:
Businesses, Hospitals, Universities & Hotels etc

Before placing your order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carrier can only be responsible for delivering up to a goods-in or reception point, and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for parcels themselves. Once signed for, it will be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that the gift is passed on to the recipient in a timely manner.

Non delivery of goods

Any claim for non-delivery of any Goods shall be notified in writing by the Customer to Official Hampers R US within 10 days of the intended delivery date. All Official Hampers R US deliveries are sign for services and will be investigated with the shipping company.

Regardless of how the order is communicated to Official Hampers R US (on-line, e-mail, telephone-call etc.), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct.

Official Hampers R US reserves the right to impose a surcharge retrospectively for any balance arising from the selection of an incorrect delivery zone, e.g. UK Mainland option selected for a Scottish Highlands or UK Offshore destination. If the customer is in any doubt as to the correct delivery option for their chosen destination then it is their responsibility to consult Official Hampers R US prior to placement of the order.

Our guarantee is limited to delivering to the building, not individual recipients.

Official Hampers R US do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about as a result of any of the following:

  • inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details;
  • delayed payment (cleared funds);
  • delayed order receipt.

Official Hampers R US reserve the right to charge the Customer an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the Customer.


All goods remain the property of Official Hampers R US. until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).

No order which has been accepted by the Company may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Company and in terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Company in full against all loss (including loss of profit), cost (including the costs of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation.


The Company shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement caused by factors outside its control.


This agreement shall be governed by English law.
